CHANTEL IS AN ENTREPRENEUR
Chantel is a Teen mentor, Director and Co-Founder of Sister2Sister C.I.C. Sister2Sister works with educational establishments & community organisations to raise the aspirations of ethnic minority females through a bespoke Empowerment programme. Sister2Sister also offers a support package to parents & families through the Big Sister 1-2-1 Mentoring service.
Chantel has developed her company into the ‘go to’ business for teen empowerment. She has many years of teaching & mentoring experience and has taught in a variety of educational settings. She also has her own English tuition business, and a further business - Solving Quality Assurance that offers support to educational establishments in a bid to increase their students learning experience.
Chantel is passionate about the work she does because she understands and has witnessed the impact upon teens who lack positive role models in their lives. Chantel utilizes the strategies she used to start living a life full of passion and purpose to empower and support young teenagers.

Chantel is an engaging and inspiring speaker/workshop facilitator. Using her own life experiences as a teen parent she offers inspiring talks & practical workshops to teenagers & women on a host of topics. She is passionate about the work she does and is dedicated to her cause. Her knowledge is backed by personal experience and education. Chantel received her BA (Hons) degree in Primary Education with QTS from Birmingham City University and is a qualified teacher.
Chantel had a successful teaching career, where she led on countless projects, new processes, and change initiatives. However, she suddenly found herself wanting to fulfil a deeper passion and decided to use personal development to carve out a life where she felt more aligned with her values. On a quest to overhaul her life, she discovered her passion and purpose; and that was to support teenager girls & women.
Now, Chantel shares practical advice and strategies which provide tangible results that help others push through everyday challenges.
She dedicates her skill to a variety of different outlets and her testimonies on her work speak for themselves.

Solving Quality Assurance
SQA was founded in 2018. An inclusive education system is vital to Chantel. SQA's aim is to ensure all students have access to fair exam and assessments processes. Chantel works with a variety of establishments including exam boards to moderate and verify learner qualifications, Including AQA, Nulogic Training, Passion for Training, Open College Network, SFEDIAward.
Marcia M Publishing House
Chantel is the Executive Assistant at Marcia M Publishing House and works on a range of aspects, these include reading manuscripts of unreleased work, coaching new writers, facilitating workshops and ensuring writers achieve their goals.
Chantel hopes to represent a wide range of authors and aims to promote writing to a diverse audience, in particular those who may not have considered becoming authors.
